scheduling, document requests, billing reminders, and other firm-related
communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your case activity and communication needs.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please
contact your wireless provider for details.
Opting In
You may opt in to receive SMS communications by:
- Providing your phone number to the Firm;
- Signing an engagement agreement or intake form authorizing text communications; or
- Communicating with the Firm via text message and consenting to continue such communications.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out
request.
