Ms. Glover is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with 21 years of service in the U.S. Army Military Police and Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Her extensive military experience fostered a commitment to providing personal and responsive services to clients and their families. Ms. Glover earned her LL.M in Military Law from the Army Judge Advocate General’s School and Center in 2003.
She earned her Juris Doctorate, With Honors, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1999, where she was an intern for Ohio Supreme Court Justice Paul E. Pfeifer, in Columbus, Ohio.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York College at Oswego in 1990.
