Job Post for Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant

Autumn Beck Blackledge, PLLC, is a rapidly growing law firm focusing on marital and family law. We are looking for an executive assistant/ personal assistant to be the right - hand of the CEO and occasionally help with organizational tasks to the firm manager.

We are looking for someone who can wear many hats at the same time and provide support to the CEO and the firm manager on both a personal and professional level. The right person for this role must have a “can do” attitude and a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle assigned projects with tact and precision. The ideal candidate is and energetic self-starter who wishes to start their career with a position that will also provide mentorship and exposure to community leaders.

The scope of this job includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Manage and maintain schedules and calendar for the CEO.
  • Manage the scheduling of repair work and other appointments for the office or the CEO’s home.
  • Coordinate the agenda and accommodate last moment changes as required.
  • Confirm appointments and location.
  • Plan parties and make necessary arrangements for events; this includes placing food orders, coordinating other vendors; coordinating invitations, and occasionally staffing events.
  • Make calls to schedule and confirm personal and professional events.
  • Be presentable and represent the firm at social, political, and charitable events.
  • Purchase appropriate gifts for clients and colleagues.
  • Write thank you notes and other notes as required.

This position will primarily work out of the law office and is not a remote position. Full Time is preferred. Pay rage is between $12-15 per hour. Health and dental insurance and 401K matching program for full time employees. Fuel reimbursement is also provided.
